We are delighted to help bring about the annual Community Diversity Dinner. The dinners have been produced since 1997, and are always a wonderful occasion. All kinds of people pitch in to make it happen - local businesses who donate food and supplies, church groups who bring desserts, volunteers who do everything to make sure food and fun are available to all comers. Thank you!
Next Dinner: Date will probably be announced this summer

sharing a wonderful afternoon of food and entertainment
The Seventh Annual Community Dinner celebrating diversity will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2004 at the McDougle Middle School Cafetorium in Carrboro. The dinner provides a forum for this expression. Mama Dip's Kitchen, other participating local restaurants, and diverse community groups will prepare the menu. Entertainment reflecting the cultural patchwork of our region will be a highlight of the afternoon.

How You Can Help Support the Dinner
Desserts and Volunteers: Our dinner has benefitted greatly from desserts donated by community organizations and churches. We also love help from willing volunteers in serving food, guiding diners, publicity, and other efforts. If your group would like to support us in one of these ways, please contact us.
We are always glad to accept cash donations as well, which help us give tickets to the Community Dinner to those who can not easily purchase them.
